So, we realize that we haven't done a very good job updating the blog with any information this year, and with the year winding down on racing it's a little bit of a lost cause, however, we are hopeful to return to updating and posting more through the off season and into next year's racing season.
Also, please check out Blair on Facebook and "like" ShoeCrewRacing's facebook page as well!
Check back soon for updates on Blair's repairs, plans for the car and hopes for next season.
Thanks!

Gearing Up with a Move & Shop!
As we gear up for the 2011 race season we wanted to post to let everyone know what has been going on...
At the end of January Blair and Emily moved into their first home in Selah, WA (only miles from previous home), which has allowed Blair to start setting up his very own Shoe Crew Racing Shop. It's a 3 car stall shop, in which heating will be added shortly. He continues to use (along with his brothers on their derby cars) his parent's shop to work on both the modified and Emily's stock car, which are both progressing toward race ready.
The schedule at this moment continues to be unclear, but we hope to hammer down dates in which we'll be in Elma, and various tracks around both Washington and Oregon. We are also continuing to wait on news if the Yakima Dirt Track will be open for the 2011 season, due to change in the racing association "big wigs" (as Blair calls them) the outcome is unclear.
With that in mind there have been ideas of Emily racing her stock car at the Yakima Speedway (on the asphalt...), but as far as Emily is concerned asphalt is for getting you to the race... in which Blair agrees!
As soon we as we have more solid dates we'll post, but we hope everyone is getting excited, eager and pulling their car back together from last year!
